Through this tour we will sail from the Ría de Arousa to Pontecesures port, which is located in its homonymous town. Padrón, land of great poets and writers, is nearly 1 mile away and, Santiago de Compostela, 15 miles.
We will sail around the Isla de Cortegada, which belongs to the Galician Atlantic Islands Maritime-Terrestrial National Park. We will also see its small islands: Malveiras and Briñas.
We will leave behind the salted waters surrounded by mussel platforms and clam farming fields in order to get into the Ulla River. Saint James rests sailed through this river to reach Compostela.
Some of the towns we will see during our river tour will be Bamio, Catoira, Valga and Dodro. Furthermore, bridges, Viking towers and Galician stone crosses will accompany us to our destination.
We will do the Jubilee Tour through the fluvial-maritime path also known as Traslatio Route.
